At Alder & Vale, we believe in transparency and craftsmanship. Every bespoke project follows a clear, methodical path from your initial enquiry to the final, finished piece.

1. Enquiry & Quote

Share the details of your book or project with us. We will assess the requirements and provide a detailed, no-obligation quote.

2. Deposit & Confirmation

Once you accept the quote, we request a 40% deposit to secure your place in our studio schedule and order necessary materials.

3. Crafting & Restoration

Our artisans begin the work. We use traditional techniques and premium materials to restore or bind your book with the utmost care.

4. Completion & Collection

When your project is ready, we will notify you via email. You can then arrange a time to collect your finished piece from our Bath studio.
